Dr. Christian Hochmuth is Managing Coordinator of the Center for Peace Mediation and the Institute for Conflict Management at European University Viadrina.
Biography:
Dr. Hochmuth is a historian, political scientist and mediator. He studied at the University of Freiburg, Durham University and Humboldt University Berlin. He received a Master of Science in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford and a PhD from Dresden University of Technology. Christian Hochmuth was a research assistant in the Collaborative Research Centre Institutionalität und Geschichtlichkeit at Dresden University of Technology and researched on informal conflict resolution in the pre-modern period. He was trained as a mediator at Centrale für Mediation (CfM) in Germany.Areas of Expertise:
Project and knowledge management; moderating and developing strategy and change processes; strategic communication; media and public relations; training and academic teaching.
